Growing up in a family of educators, I became profoundly interested in human potential early on, and have remained committed to learning more ever since!
My approach to leadership development grew out of leadership in action as well as formal studies. In every professional endeavor, from managing a sales team to running enterprise talent initiatives for a Fortune 50 company, I continued to examine what it takes to be a great leader. As a trained Organizational Psychologist, Facilitator and Executive Coach, my core belief is "who we are is how we lead".
I grew up in the Post-Soviet Russia and came to the US at the age of 20, on my own, with a suitcase and $500. It took leading through change, strategic resource management, failing forward and thriving in ambiguity to build a path toward fulfillment. And those very life lessons have opened my eyes to the extraordinary potential of bringing one's whole self to work.
I founded Leading While Human on a mission to grow PEOPLE in the center of business. People are any successful organization's most valuable asset. We help organizations succeed and thrive by fostering humanity in the workplace and building authentic and inclusive work cultures.
